Return Policy

We understand the value of your money for every purchase. We want to give you ease of shopping experience with our return policy. If you are not satisfied with your delivered product or product you have received is damaged or defective or the product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can return us.

For return request –
*You can call us @ 011-49066482 OR 9654261224 (Monday-Friday) to register your complain.

*You can also drop an email to within 48 hours of your product delivery.

*You can also place Return or Replacement Request from your's customer Account.

Product will be return under these terms –

  1. If the return is due to a size issue or some other issues (not an error on our part), it is the member's responsibility to pay for return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value of your order. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
  2. In case of receipt of a damaged or defective product please notify Zoprix within 48-hours of delivery, for this please drop an email otherwise we will not be responsible for the failure to replace or return of the order. Apart from notifying Zoprix product return should be send to seller's address within 10 days from date of delivery.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color.
  4. Return is not applicable for customized products, products like undergarments, beauty, lingerie, lifestyle products, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
  5. For clothing accessories return should be unwashed & undamaged.
  6. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices etc.

Process of retuning a product-

  1. You have to send us a photo of product you have received to by mentioning your order id . After receiving your complain zoprix shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if the complaint is genuine, zoprix will inform the relevant Merchant of such complaint and request for a replacement.
  2. After verifying your request we will send you merchant address and you will be required to dispatch the product using a courier service within 10 days.
  3. If your purchase is done by online payment method like debit card, credit card or net banking we will transfer your amount to your account directly from payment gateway. In case of Cash on delivery payment your account details will be asked through email and will refund you within 48 working hours after we receive your bank account details.
  4. In Case of dislike return, return shipping charges are non refundable in case of damage return and size issue we will refund your full product amount and return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
  5. In case if you want to buy something else instead of refund we will provide you refund points whose value will be equal to your refund and you can use those point at the time of your purchase.
