  • How to get my refund?

Answer: If you have placed order through online payment method like credit card, debit card or net banking, and you have cancelled your order before your order is shipped. Please call us or email us your bank account details we will transfer your money to your account in 5-7 working days from refund initiated date.

  • How to cancel my order?

Answer: To cancel your order log in to your customer account, go to my orders, Place a request of order cancellation or you can call us immediately.

  • What to do if I receive a broken or damaged product?

Answer: If you receive a broken product please inform us by calling @ 011-49066482 about damage or you can place a return request from your customer account within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer care executive will assist you for the issue.

  • How do I return product to Zoprix?

Answer: To return a product as per our return policy, please log in to your Zoprix customer account and place a return request. You can also either by sending an email to returns@zoprix.com or calling us at 011-49066482 (Monday to Friday 10 AM - 6 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, please ship the product, in a transit worthy packaging, safely to the address provided by us in the confirmation email. Please note that in certain locations, we offer a free reverse pickup facility as well. Kindly get in touch with our customer care team for further assistance. For all return shipments, please send an email to returns@zoprix.com with your order details and the tracking ID. Please do not return any product without first speaking to a representative at zoprix. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.

  • How to confirm COD orders?

Answer: To confirm COD orders please verify the link on your email id after you place order using Cash On Delivery. If you are unable to access your email or forget to verify confirmation link, we will call you after 1 hour of placing order for confirmation of your COD order.

  • What if I don't like the item I received?

Answer: Customer chooses a product of his choice, if customer gets wrong item or damaged product then he can return easily but if a customer dislikes a product after delivery, in that case we will refund his money & cancel that order.

  • Why my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:

  1. Non-availability of the product(s)
  2. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
  3. Problems identified by our fraud detection department
  4. We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • What to do if I don't receive my order?

Answer : If you don't receive your order please inform us by calling @ 011-49066482 we will track your order and inform you about your order status or you can track your order by login to your customer account directly or drop us an email at care@zoprix.com
